Tiferes Miriam

Mrs. Malka Touger is a teacher and international lecturer who lives in Har Nof a suburb of Yerushalayim.  She has co-authored the book "The Secret To My Jewish Feminity", the sefer that many kallas and married women find beneficial.  She pioneers and nurtures the development of the Torah community.  A mother of seven, her insights on marriage, family, education and women's issues are not abstract ideas, but principles applied in her own home.
